Keyworking throughout Covid-19 lockdown is exactly what Griffin Toilet Hire LTD has continued to do.

We are proud to confirm we have supported our customers during lockdown and covered all work and servicing we have been asked to do.

Our team have been fantastic in offering the same high standard of work and keeping committed to staying safe on site and with clients.

Our event’s have taken a huge drop due to social distancing but we have managed to postpone all weddings and re offer the dates in 2021 as required. We have supported other event clients by cancelling their event and moving their deposits for future events.

Work on building sites slowed up for a few weeks but this gave us a chance to cover maintenance and repairs around our yard while also being ‘on call’ for emergency work as well.

Our tankers have stayed busy covering additional septic tank emptying, working at Hinkley Point C, working as keyworking emergency cover for Wessex Water and covering emergency call outs for new and existing customers.

We have now non- suspended or off hired our site portable toilet hires and by staying open during lock-down we have also welcomed new builders and project workers to our customer list.

Toilet Trailers at Bristol Airport

Our toilet trailers have been booked for Hinkley Point C, Bristol Airport and Weston General Hospital as keyworking social distancing measures are still in place but services have to be provided.

We have also hired to Wild Place Bristol for their re-opening, local camp sites and ‘Glamping’ areas and several fruit farms in the area who are able to work with social distancing health and safety measures in place.

Our Health and Safety systems have proved to be successful and working in protecting our team as well as the public and site workers. We have continued to have good supplies of PPE, toilet tissue and hand sanitising gel and soap throughout the lock-down despite supplies being difficult to obtain.

We are still working on staggered start times and ensuring team members and visitors keep their hand washed and sanitised at all times.
