Griffin Toilet Hire offer well maintained portable toilet cubicles or can service your on-site facilities for building site and construction hire.
Cold Wash Toilets
Our self -contained cold wash portable toilets are delivered clean and ready for use with toilet roll and soap.
We empty and fully clean our site toilets weekly, ensuring they are kept as clean and hygienic as possible.
Our well- known lime green toilets have foot flushes and HSE compliant sinks for improved sanitation.
We can offer toilets with locks for site use only.
Ratios for build site toilets are recommended at 1 toilet for 7 users.
Our minimum hire period is 20 working days.
Hot Wash Toilets
Our hot wash portable toilets are the same design as our cold wash version but with an added hot water heater for the sink.
Useful in colder months or as recommended by HSE guidelines, these toilets are heated by a 110 V electricity supply.
We can supply transformers and cables at a small additional cost – please ask at time of enquiry.
Sinks
Our portable sinks hold 100 L of water and are self-contained standing with a foot pump.
Soap, Towel and fresh water is provided and topped up during our weekly service runs.

Do I need permission to put the toilet kerbside?
Yes, you will need to speak with the relevant council to obtain a permit.
How many toilets are needed for my building site?
A single portable toilet is suitable for up to 7 people working a 40 hour week as stated by the Health and Safety Executive.
What are the payment terms?
For Septic tank and domestic tank emptying we require payment before arrival.
All other accounts are set up on a 30 day from date of invoice payment term. Full details of payment terms will be provided in your quote.
How often do the toilets get serviced?
We clean, empty, and restock our portable toilets every week to ensure they remain in excellent condition and stay fresh throughout the entire week. On sites where more than 7 people will be using the toilet daily it is advisable to have more than one toilet, if there is no space for a second toilet then x2 services a week might be required.
