Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer short-term and long-term hire?

Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term hire options to suit your specific needs.

How often do the toilets get serviced?

We clean, empty, and restock our portable toilets every week to ensure they remain in excellent condition and stay fresh throughout the entire week. On sites where more than 7 people will be using the toilet daily it is advisable to have more than one toilet, if there is no space for a second toilet then x2 services a week might be required.

Do you provide consumables?

Yes, all our portable toilets are stocked with toilet paper, and other necessary consumables. We ensure that these are replenished during servicing.

For Septic tank and domestic tank emptying we require payment before arrival.

All other accounts are set up on a 30 day from date of invoice payment term. Full details of payment terms will be provided in your quote.

Are your toilets eco-friendly?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our toilets and service vehicles are designed to be eco-friendly, using minimal water and environmentally safe chemicals. How often should I empty my septic tank?

The environment Agency advises septic tanks should be emptied annually to ensure that your system is running efficiently and is not polluting the environment. Over time, waste builds up, which can lead to backups, unpleasant odours, and even system failure. Regular emptying also protects the drainage field from clogging, avoiding costly repairs and environmental harm.

What is Jetting?

Jetting is a high-pressure water cleaning process used to clear blockages and remove debris from pipes, drains, and other confined spaces. By using powerful jets of water, our equipment is capable of dislodging and flushing away stubborn materials, such as grease, silt, and scale, that can cause blockages and hinder flow. This method is not only highly effective but also environmentally friendly, as it relies on water pressure rather than harsh chemicals.
