Always a great service. I use Griffin toilet hire on my building sites – they’re always clean, modern and well maintained loos. I was extremely impressed by how regularly they are cleaned while on hire.

I also hired their luxury toilets for my wedding and again experienced great service and the loos were perfect for our marquee wedding.

Two companies had come and walked away from emptying my septic tank. The distance between septic tank and tanker at 60m over 30 steps or 8m drop in height was too hard for their pumps. Today the Griffin team arrived and with enthusiasm set about the task, which they accomplished with real professionalism. The pipe was cleaned afterwards so there was no trail of dirty water through the garden. I could not be happier with the service from booking to carrying out the job. I will definitely be using them again. So if you have difficulty finding someone to empty a difficult septic tank because of its location call this team your concerns will disappear. Thank you for the investment in equipment and team which has made me a happy customer.

Service was perfect. Staff friendly and dealt with my needs for the hire as requested. The service included the emptying of the portaloo which was carried out with out any issues. Would definatelty recommend and we have now booked them a second time for another site.

I first used Griffin at the start of a self build, to hire a portaloo, and 18 months on they have just emptied my sewage treatment plant.

My experience with Griffin toilet hire has been really good. The operatives I have met so far have been friendly and helpful, and very professional in there work the unit is left washed out, all commsumables topped up and replaced, unlike some of the other companies I have used the, lady in the office is really helpful, I call on Monday and informed her I had forgotten to order a unit for a new site 3 hours later one arrived, never expected to get one till the next day at the earliest, brilliant, as for the suction tanker, phoned up for it, can’t the lady Sara I think her name is, told me what time It could be there that day it arrived the two operators set up, jetting the offending pipe run check all the other pipe runs off the man hole emptied the septic tank when they left site it was clean and tidy, brilliant company, big enough to cope small enough to care

I shopped around and these guys appeared to be good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the toilet was delivered when they said it would turn up, the toilet is very clean and well equipped and the price is good so I’m very happy with the whole service
